Bio: Aerin Alex O’Malley, ERYT offers the gift of creating a safe space for students to discover limits and expand beyond them.  Her classes are challenging, fun, and open to all levels.  Holding a firm belief that the benefits of yoga are far more than physical, Alex helps each practitioner tap into their natural abilities on the mat, encouraging them to take those benefits off the mat and into their daily lives.  Alex began her practice in 2000 and has been teaching since 2003. She has traveled extensively throughout India and continues her training on and off the mat.  Embracing all styles, Alex is committed to allowing the light of yoga to deepen her practice and to create positive change within communities.
