Join Alex for a transformative experience in what India calls "Gods Own Country" Kerela. . Inspired by the people, the land, and the diversity of Indian culture, Alex has designed this retreat to take you into the New Year with a keener sense of your self in the Global Village and a vision toward healing the planet by healing your self.

Located in a traditional fishing village, 6 kilometers outside of Kannur, Kerela, we've organized a beach front property for a maximum of 14 people. There are two structures, 7 rooms all with a private bathrooms and a view to the Arabian Sea.
Choose 7 days to give yourself the gift of exploring through meditation and pranyama....
A Vinyasa practice, (tapping into your rythm, your flow),
A daily Ayurvedic Kalari Massage, (with oils made for your constitution/dosha, detox, change your metabolism & stregthen bones),
&
A Yin Yoga Practice, (opening connective tissues of the body).

What you can expect : The climate in Dec. is warm in the day and comfortable at night. 3 meals a day in the traditional Kerelan style. If you desire Ayurvedic cooking classes that can be arranged. Ocean swims out the front door, under the coconut palms.
